As Without So Within

As Without So Within is mapped as a contemplative film. It is the result of conceptual concerns and examinations on the act of going to the cinema, as well as the experiences offered, in particular, by author filmmaking. As Without's image is the documentation of prop-sculptures, made and thought as tools to create visual fields, later manipulated through a hybrid workflow. Their materiality points to the materiality of film and their forms consider the infrastructure of the theater (its darkness, the frame and silence).
