Nella Fantasia was filmed at the offshore oilrig situated in the middle of the North Sea off the coast of Norway. After successfully passing a number of health tests and safety trainings, Lukas Marxt travelled to the platform and spent 10 days collecting visual and acoustic impressions amid the loneliness of windstorms and waves. The result is a divine melancholic monologue on solitude and nothingness.
