Still Raining, Still Dreaming takes place in Liberty City, a Grand Theft Auto metropolis, transformed into a phantasmal city devoid of players, full of melancholy, nostalgia, grief, and instances of poetic beauty.
In this final film of the In Memoriam series, the director pays tribute to the forgotten projects of his friend and ethnographic experimentalist Mark LaPore.
