The 19th edition of the 25 FPS International Experimental Film and Video Festival will take place from 27 to 30 September, 2023 at the Kinoteka cinema in Zagreb and from 4 to 5 October at Art-kino in Rijeka. During the four festival days, the competition program will screen 27 films that bring different perspectives on the shifts and changes in society and the film medium.
Inspired by all the films that have been sent to contribute to this year's Competition program, we are very happy to share our enthusiasm with 27 films selected. Thank you to all the filmmakers!
Submitting films to the 19th festival edition is available until Wednesday 31st of May.
25 FPS Festival 19th edition is calling for entries with the standard deadline on 31st of May 2023.
For the ninth year in a row 25 FPS Festival is present at the Art-kino Rijeka with a two-day programme. Tuesday 27/09 is reserved for the latest feature film Freedom from Everything by Mike Hoolboom, with an online Q&A with the filmmaker. Wednesday 28/09 will show two programs of this year's selection.
