A Year Along the Abandoned Road is a short documentary film from 1991 directed and photographed by Morten Skallerud. It was shot on 65mm film and shows the whole year in Børfjord within 12 minutes. The camera was moved day by day in a special animation technique, combining moving camera with time-lapse photography. This way you are seamlessly travelling around the fjord as the year goes by.
