For Mouse Palace a real apartment was rebuilt as a 1:10 scale model from edible materials for the use of mice. The rodents had hardly arrived when they began nibbling away at their lodgings. The hallmark of Harald Hund and Paul Horn's films is the gleeful, ironical way they reduce our ideas of space and our notions of normality to absurdity. (Genoveva Rückert)
