Sunset is never tacky. Nature is never tacky. Nature simply exists. Only photographed or filmed nature can become tacky. Tackiness is in the eye of the beholder. (…) There are films about nature, with expansive technical costs, which promote a hostile attitude towards technology, civilisation and anything urban. Back to nature!
