Eve Heller AT, US, 2013, 10', DCP

Creme 21 further investigates the 26-frame discrepancy between sound and image inherent to 16mm film, literally displacing the temporal logic of the original film strip's space and time as gleaned from an educational film entitled Time, Measurement and Meaning. My film takes anarchically playful revenge on the educational film and is all about a scramble to make sense of that elusive thing we call "time". (E. H.)
