I wish to enter inside a camera and a TV set. I manipulate cameras and TVs in a very non-modern way, creating image interferences and distortions through primitive inventions more akin to the 19th or early 20th than the 21st century. The only modern element is the complete computer control of all installation elements. The exploration moves in two basic directions: (1) TV image geometry manipulation by electromagnets and sound, and (2) mechanical-optical video-camera image manipulation using a homemade tilt/shift slide, inappropriate slides and prelenses and motorised mechanical obstacles. There are no video-processors or mixing units. There are no previously made materials. The cameras are connected directly to the TVs and projectors.
