25 FPS presents Dispersions at Sarajevo Film Festival

As part of a cooperation with Vienna Shorts and Sarajevo Film Festival, Vienna Triangle, 25 FPS Festival is scheduled to present a special film program Dispersions on Tuesday, August 18 in Sarajevo.

What happens to our attention as it wanders, resists or dissolves? To trace where it goes, 25 FPS has prepared a special program featuring films that reflect on and question the economy of attention in relation to the contemporary viewer. Our exploration goes through monologues and navigation devices, natural yet illusory spaces, various travelogues and archival inventions.

The films featured are Monologue by Laure Prouvost, Navigator by Björn Kämmerer, Erpe-Mere by Noemi Osselaer, Wherever You Go, There We Are by Jesse McLean, Water Pulu by Ivan Ladislav Galeta, Of This Beguiling Membrane by Charlotte Pryce and Insight by Sebastian Diaz Morales. 

This film program is screened as part of a Festival cooperation, Vienna Triangle, with partners Vienna Shorts & Sarajevo Film Festival, scheduled for Tuesday, August 18 at 4 PM (Cineplexx Sarajevo 2). Marina Kožul will present the program to the audience in Sarajevo.

As for other programs in Vienna Triangle, Vienna Shorts will show their Digital Attention Loops on Monday, August 17, at 4 pm, and Sarajevo Film Festival, Attention as Action, on Sunday, August 16, at 4 pm.
