Our Expanded Cinema programme continues tonight with the Circle, rock sensation from Finland, performing their experimental music spectacle with our jury member, Mika Taanila.

Fans of glam rock and rock operas, attention! Mika Taanila, a member of this year’s jury, has arrived in Zagreb accompanied by the globally popular Finnish experimental rock band Circle, with which in 2013 he developed SSEENNSSEESS, an explosive hybrid of rock opera and expanded cinema.

In the energetic live show of this seven-member band Taanila will intervene with film fragments from different sources with five projectors. It’s up to you to put on you leather trousers, some eye shadow, and join us tonight at 10pm at &TD Theatre.
